Donald Trump Shamefully Attacks Female Sports Reporter On Twitter

The most powerful man in the world, Donald Trump, spends his time beating down on those with less power. People first noticed when he attacked one of his opponents during the campaign debates, insulting her appearance. Since then, he has tried to ravage several female newscasters, somehow mixing up “blood” into his assaults. Is anyone here seeing a trend? Donald Trump has strong and bent issues about women. Then, there was this.

Trump went after ESPN’s Jemele Hill. The sports channel suspended her for two weeks because she criticized Jerry Jones, the Dallas Cowboys owner in her tweets. According to CNN, she said:

‘(He) created a problem for his players, specifically the black ones. If they don’t kneel, some will see them as sellouts.’

Jones had said that he would bench any of his players who “disrespects the flag” while the National Anthem is playing, CNN reported. Players have been peacefully protesting police brutality toward black men and women at their games. Colin Kaepernick, former San Francisco 49ers quarterback, was the first to protest this way a year ago, and he was blackballed for it.

The day after ESPN suspended her, Trump tried to beat down yet another woman, saying:

‘With Jemele Hill at the mike, it is no wonder ESPN ratings have ‘tanked,’ in fact, tanked so badly it is the talk of the industry!’

The Twitter world went wild after the president’s ugly comment. Here are some of our favorites:
