Trump gets brutally rejected by Parkland School shooting survivors (Video)

America is fed up with Donald Trump and the Republican Party’s lack of action on gun violence, and the younger generations are now leading the cause to make America a safer place. As this crusade continues on, the President is already seeing just how damaging his ignorance and lack of attention to gun control is going to damage his presidency if he refuses to take action. (see video below)

Two very high-profile students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida have publicly spoken out and sent out a brutal message for Trump in the form of a rejection. On CNN’s “New Day,” shooting survivors Emma Gonzalez and David Hogg said they would not be attending the president’s “listening session” this week.

Gonzalez said:

“I believe we’ve been invited, but neither of us are going.”

This is a major, purposeful ‘F*ck you’ to Trump, who has pretty much ignored the incident and behaved with his usual insensitivity. Not only did Trump go off to play golf immediately after meeting with the victims, but he also tried to blame the shooting on the students and even gave a “thumbs up” during a photo with the first responders and nurses who had treated the victims. For Gonzalez and Hogg, their absence is a statement that they will not help Trump greedily use another tragedy to promote himself.

Gonzalez and Hogg also took aim at the NRA and its hold on the Republican Party. Gonzalez had some pretty harsh words for the organization:

“Disband, dismantle … don’t make another organization under a different name. Don’t you dare come back here.”

She also trashed politicians who are bought by the NRA:

“If they accept this blood money, they are against the children. They are against the people who are dying. There’s no other way to put it at this point. You’re either funding the killers, or you’re standing with the children. The children who have no money. We don’t have jobs. So we can’t pay for your campaign. We would hope that you have the decent morality to support us at this point.”

Hogg added:

”If you can’t get elected without taking money from child murderers, why are you running?”

By the passionate responses we’ve seen from survivors like Gonzalez and Hogg, it’s clear that if politicians continue to defend the NRA, the GOP will be voted out once America’s teens turn 18. You can watch this passionate interview below.
