Trump Nervous After Getting Very Bad Mar-a-Lago News

It’s no secret that the embattled Trump Administration has been the focal point of scandals, hypocrisy and criticism since January. Although President Trump may have initially won the presidency as a result of unprecedented support from his primarily white, working class base, this support seems to be falling away more and more as time progresses.

Earlier this week a poll by Harvard/CAPS revealed that Trump’s approval rating fell to an all time low in November.

According to a report, this ongoing trend of reduced support for Trump has now spread to several charities and socialites who historically hold events and galas at the Mar-a-Lago resort. Recently, many of theses charities chosen to cancel bookings at the Trump-affiliated resort in response to Trump’s increasingly sour reputation.

In fact, one ex-member of the report admitted that his friends are avoiding attending certain gals solely because they are being held at Mar-a-Lago, saying “If it’s at Mar-a-Lago, then we’re not going.”

The intentional, yet indirect condemnation of the Trump Administration goes beyond average citizens as well. In fact, the executive director of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, Laurel Baker stated:

‘Can you honestly say having an event at Mar-a-Lago, given all that has transpired, is the best stewardship of your efforts? The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis.’

The trend is having a profound impact on business at Mar-a-Lago. According to the same report, the number of bookings at the resort has dwindled from 25 to just 6 in the past few weeks.

In order to help protect his business and mask the fact that socialites are darting in the opposite direction from his resort, Trump has made sure that his affiliates are booking the resort to fill up space and time, and to make sure Mar-a-Lago doesn’t look so empty.

Televangelist Pat Robertson, along with Trump’s own fan club (Trumpettes USA) have recently booked the resort. The Trumpettes are even contributing all revenue produced by the event to Mar-a-Lago to soothe the negative economic impact of the numerous canceled bookings.

Regardless of how passionate Trump’s base is about their current president, even his most faithful supporters may not be successful in saving him from an imminent downfall. America has spoken, not only though polls such as the one by Harvard/CAPS, but also through economic endeavors such as barring the Mar-a-Lago resort from being a feasible location to hold a successful gala.

Perhaps it was Trump’s inability to properly condemn the Charlottesville attack, or the fact that he’s seemingly remained silent on the allegations of sexual misconduct currently surrounding Roy Moore that have pushed these charities and socialites in the opposite direction of President Donald Trump.
